About Stozzys

Here to connect people with similar experiences through words, Stozzys.com is a true life storytelling platform.

Our goal is to connect you with others through true life stories so that you don’t have to feel alone whilst experiencing the trials and tribulations that life throws our way.

Stozzys.com is a space where the power of storytelling can be used to provide us with inspiration when facing life’s challenges and to put a smile on our faces.

Why Storytelling?

Research shows that there are a huge number of health benefits to be gained from telling your story and reading about the experiences of others.

Studies reveal that storytelling can have a huge positive impact on recovery from trauma, depression and other mental health conditions.

What counts as
a true life story?

Any tale of a true life experience counts as a true life story. No matter how mundane or extraordinary your true life story or stories may seem, there will be someone out there who will benefit from it being told.

Why are stories anonymous?

Regardless of what your circumstances are, we provide a space for your voice to be heard and shared. Comments and identities are not included with stories, so that they are free from judgement. However, if you explicitly wish to include your identity you may do so.

True Life Story Workshops

Some of those with the most valuable stories have no means of telling them. By running a true life storytelling workshop you can help others to access the benefits of storytelling.

Whether it’s for members of our community in prisons, care homes, community centres, hostels, schools or somewhere else, holding a workshop can have a huge impact.

We got blown up 12 times, and the only reason we knew that is because we actually literally marked on our dashes how many times we had gotten hit, and out of the 12 times I had gotten knocked out 9 of them.
