Helping Myself to Be Stronger and Build Up My Stamina Will Be So Good for Me!!

One of my old friends just got certified as a personal trainer and I’m working together with him to try his work out program!!! AND he wants to take before and after pics!! My wife and I are both transgender!! I can’t believe he’s ok with his FIRST clients being transgender!!! ((My wife and I have been discriminated so much in my life I never expected this kind of opportunity.)) And I NEVER see transgender people in workout stuff either, this is so so exciting!!! I’ve been on T for 3 weeks and I’ve been feeling so much better about myself, helping myself to be stronger and build up my stamina will be so good for me!!

The biggest thing I’m getting used to right now is having an appetite and needing to eat more. Being really really depressed from dysphoria, I never had an appetite. Now my body tells me all the time I need energy, it’s the oddest thing haha! Gotta get used to that!

I’ve been looking online for advice and other stories! And earlier I posted this in my Trans community page “Ahhhh I just wanted to share my happiness here!!!”.
